*The data controller for some of our programmes varies according to contractual obligations. Where this is the case, Spectra First Ltd is the Data Handler. The same due diligence will be applied to all data we have access to.


Information you give us. You may give us information about you by filling in forms on the site or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. This includes information you provide when you apply for courses, request information on our services, participate in discussion boards and forums, blogs, members’ portals, or other social media functions, and when you report a problem with the site. The information you give us may include your name, address, email address and phone number, personal description and photograph, amongst other information.

In the course of communicating with you we may ask for information that is personally identifiable to you as an individual. We may ask you for your full name; email address; contact number; home or delivery address; job title; the company you are working for and your CV/profile. Depending on the programme we are working on we may also collect data such as psychometric reports; personal development plans.


When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.


If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.


If you leave a comment on our site you may opt in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
